Girls 5-12 yars of age, no experience necessary!
Introductory rhythmic gymnastics with ribbons, hoops, ropes and balls
Cross Training/Conditioning/Rhythmic Skills Introduction in gym and field games
Supervised snack break

Competitive Camp:

11 am – 4:00 pm daily (Mon-Fri) at Hellenic Centre, Vancouver

Girls 6-18 years of age
Each week of the summer training camp will cover all aspects at various levels of rhythmic gymnastics competitive training. Girls will be grouped according to their abilities in sub groups each week with focus on all aspects critical to athlete competitive development in the sport.

Adagio Western Stream Team and Academy National Level Team members will focus on conditioning, flexibility training, practice of more advanced rhythmic body skills and apparatus skills and mastery for the new routines of 2020-21 Season.  It is highly recommended that our Rhythmic Stars Competitive Team members attend all 3 weeks of Summer Camp in order to ensure their fitness levels for the Fall.

New and revised choreographies will be created for those attending all 3 weeks of Camp

Rhythmic Dreams (Future Stars, Level 2, Level 3 and Provincial Levels are encouraged to do minimum 1 week or 2 week camp

Led by Canadian High Performance Team Coaches – Megan Arnold Magid, International Level 4 Coach and Ashley Lonsdale National Level 3 Coach and Mia Shavdatuashvili  for Vancouver Location and Anastasia Moroz for Adagio East Location


What to Bring to Camp?

Recreational Gymnasts – Yoga Mat, water bottle & light snack and wear leotard or shorts & tank top , wear running shoes, no sandals please.

Competitive Gymnasts – Yoga Mat, water bottle & light lunch, wear training uniform, and bring all equipment, toe slippers, running shoes, 1 pound ankle weights, resistance bands and 3 tennis balls, personal sanitizing kit, notebook (approx 5′ x 7″) & pencil

All Gymnasts – wear hair in pony tail or bun for competitive team (with tight elastic & hair clips)
