Rhythmic Inspirations

INSPIRATIONS is a Recreational based program for fun and fitness is offered at Adagio’s Hellenic  Centre, Shaughnessy and Adagio East locations. These developmental level classes utilize music, dance, gymnastics and hand held apparatus to encourage girls to explore the language of creative movement as a basis for rhythmic gymnastics. Emphasis is placed upon cultivating flexibility, strength, coordination and movement awareness.

Commitment:

Fun and excitement are added factors when the girls perform a short choreographed routine for the “In Class” Showcases in December and June. After completing “Inspirations”, if girls wish to pursue the competitive levels of the sport, they may be assessed by their Coach and recommended for an entry Level Competitive program as listed under “Rhythmic Dreams”.

Cost:

All Adagio programs are 10 months in duration (September through June) and one full month’s “Notice of Withdrawal” must be submitted in writing to Adagio.  Upon completion of your daughter’s registration an Annual Registration Fee of $95.00 + GST  plus the first month’s training fee + GST  will be processed.  This processing will confirm your daughter’s placement in our program.  Each month thereafter, on the 1st of the month a monthly training fee payment will be processed until a total of 10 monthly fees are processed.

Training Uniform Requirement:

All Adagio students are required to wear the black club leotard as suggested on our website’s “ONLINE STORE”.  Please purchase this uniform prior to the start of your daughter’s participation.
